France came within one point of Olympic gold in 2024. Eighteen days from now, they open the FIBA Women's World Cup in Berlin — and they still have no final roster.
Black Rosie Media sat down exclusively with Dominique Malonga at Climate Pledge Arena. We also collected quotes from Marine Johannes, Marine Fauthoux, and Pauline Astier — three Liberty teammates who are all in France's 32-player pool and none of whom know if they're going to Berlin.
Friday’s WBB Roundup: Gabby Williams is at the center of that story too — and not by choice.
A thoughtful answer she gave at a Valkyries practice in May was taken out of context and weaponized as part of a coordinated wave of transphobic targeting against the WNBA. BRM was in the room when she said it. We have the tape. We set the record straight.
Marine Johannes & Dominique Malonga described a new selection process, Erica L. Ayala gives her analysis, including if this will help or hurt France in the 2026 FIBA Women’s World Cup.
